TCF Volunteer Ensemble

The Volunteer Ensemble in Action

Since 2020, our volunteers have helped 100s of KC households receive food assistance. TCF is an all-volunteer organization. The Ensemble consists of artists and patrons from the theatre community.

It is a true testament to the spirit of generosity that so many folks donate their time and often a tank of gas, just so our friends and neighbors can find a little respite when times get tough.

Joining our ensemble is easy. Just send us an email at and let us know how you'd like to be of use. We always need help at The Pantry, but we also would love to know if you can provide professional pro bono services to our recipients like minor home repair, auto repair, legal aide, medical/mental health assistance, or anything you can contribute to the artists that make our community great.

TCF Volunteer Coordinator

Robin Harmon

Robin (she/her) is a stage manager and arts administrator in the Kansas City area. She has worked with many local organizations since 2010 including Theatre League/American Theatre Guild, Heart of America Shakespeare Festival, and Kansas City Repertory Theatre. Some favorite productions she's worked on are Jesus Christ Superstar (MTH), Bond (KC Fringe/Fishtank), Frida (Living Room), and Ain't Misbehavin' (Spinning Tree). She currently lives in Waldo with her dog Titus and cat Sweeney and spends her days crunching numbers for a local law firm.

"The mission of the Theatre Community Fund of Kansas City means so much to me because I know how hard it can be to ask for help. I am excited to be a part of something making that help more accessible. Theatre can change lives and the artists who make that happen deserve a community of support and care."
